10.1 This Agreement replaces the previous applicable collective agreement which expired on 31 August 2024.
10.2 This Agreement shall come into effect on 1 January 2026 and shall expire on 31 January 2027.
10.3 Unless otherwise agreed, the parties undertake to begin negotiations for a replacement agreement not later than one month before the expiry date of this agreement.
